PROJECT OVERVIEW
At AME International, I worked on several custom holiday cards as part of the company’s effort to maintain strong relationships with associates and vendors. Each year, the designs were tailored to reflect the industries the brands serve. For AME, the concepts often incorporated elements from the tire industry, while ACME’s cards typically referenced themes from the construction and mining industries.
My goal with these designs was to creatively blend both themes while keeping the overall message festive and approachable. The cards were consistently well received and often became memorable pieces of marketing collateral. Many distributors kept them displayed on bulletin boards or desks for years, and we would occasionally see them appear in the background of Teams calls.
Because many of the company’s vendors are international, we were careful to limit direct Christmas references and instead focus on broader seasonal themes. This approach helped ensure the cards felt inclusive while still strengthening relationships and adding a more personal, human touch to the company’s marketing.
