Cribbing Stack — Product Education & Instructional Design
The company was struggling to effectively communicate how its cribbing products should be assembled and used. I worked closely with the Product Management team to learn the product, photograph the components and assembly process, and develop an exploded-view illustration that clearly demonstrated how the system should be stacked.
The company was struggling to effectively communicate how its cribbing products should be assembled and used. I worked closely with the Product Management team to learn the product, photograph the components and assembly process, and develop an exploded-view illustration that clearly demonstrated how the system should be stacked.
The final graphics showed customers what to do, what to avoid, and how to assemble the product correctly for efficient use. The resulting graphics and supporting flyers became frequently used sales tools, helped reduce common product issues, and gave both customers and the sales team a much clearer way to communicate how the product works.

I created a series of custom vector illustrations to visually explain how to properly measure tires and correctly use a related product. The goal was to make technical instructions easier to understand while helping customers select the correct product and use it safely.

By turning commonly misunderstood instructions into clear visual steps, the materials helped address recurring customer issues, improve the purchasing process, and give the company an easy-to-use resource for both customer education and support.
